Having been involved with Eastbourne Swimming Club as a swimmer up to National level since the early 1980's I now hold the position of Head Coach (in position since 2013). My personal business life is as Director of hydroschool Limited managing the teaching of swimming in both Eastbourne and Bexhill, East Sussex and including many local government schools within the area. Our development programme at hydroschool feeds swimmers into Eastbourne Swimming Club to further their swimming careers and to develop into competitive swimmers helping grow the sport of swimming in our local area.

Highlights of my coaching career with ESC are:

Promotion to Division 1 Sussex League
Promotion to Division 1 Arena League
Restructuring the clubs teaching, coaching and development programme
Year on year growth of ESC swimmers attending County, Regional and National competition.
Development of additional coaches within the club
Committee member of ESC
