Head Coach – Swansea Aquatics

Swansea Aquatics has an amazing opportunity for an inspiring Performance Club Head Coach to lead Swansea Aquatics swimming programme. We’re a large, growing club with a rich history and an even more exciting future. 

We are based at Penlan leisure centre, a 25m competition pool and leisure centre, as well as the Wales National Pool 50m competition pool and we are looking for an exceptional candidate to make the most of this opportunity, co-creating and delivering with swimmers, coaches, members and the committee our 2024-27 Strategy. 

Swansea Aquatics Swimming Club is committed to recruiting talented people with diverse backgrounds, perspectives and experience. You will have the skills to lead a performance swimming programme, coach swimmers to National standard or beyond and have the empathy and compassion to inspire excellence in the Club’s swimmers and coaching team. Working with the Club’s committee and volunteers, this is your chance to lead something truly special. 

Reporting to the Swansea Aquatics Chairperson and Director of Swimming officer, this is a permanent role, with a start date in time for the 2024-2025 season. You will be paid a competitive salary to set and deliver the Performance Club Head Coach role as outlined.
