Coach Education CPD’s - what do YOU want?

The BSCA are very aware that there are many topics that coaches would like to learn more about but we're not absolutely certain on which topics are most important. For this reason, we've put together a public poll that absolutely anybody can vote on. Our reason for doing this is because other people involved in the swimming world may see coach weaknesses very differently to how coaches do. For this reason, we encourage you to share this poll as far and wide as possible... to parents, committee members, officials, swimmers and, of course, other coaches/teachers.
