2016 Conference Speakers Announced

Our 51st annual conference in Leeds this year is going to be a great event, with the excitement and build up to the Olympic games we will be welcoming some of Britain's greatest swimming coaches and renowned international speakers.

GB Head Coach Bill Furniss will return to give a review of this year's Olympic Games with Mel and Jolyon taking part in a Coaching Q&A Panel.

Stefano Morini will be talking about three-times long course champion in the 1500m freestyle event, Gregorio Paltrinieri and European record holder (800m) Gabriele Detti as well as discussing the success of Italian Distance Freestyle.

Patrick Pearson will be giving a run down on the coaching of Ranomi Kromwidjojo.

With further speakers, practical and theoretical workshops to be announced shortly, we know the event will be one not to miss!

The event will not only be a chance to learn and be inspired but is also a great opportunity to meet like-minded coaches, network, share knowledge and participate in a truly unique event. There is something for everyone and lots to take away from the event, no matter what your level or discipline.

The annual awards dinner is one of the highlights of the BSCA's calendar, a real chance to celebrate some outstanding levels of achievements and we hope you can join us to applaud their success.
