About Me
My philosophy is to ensure the long-term development of the person first, and the swimmer second, with the aim of keeping them involved in the sport long into the future, whether in or out of the pool.
I have been a numerous swimming clubs (Kilmarnock ASC [KASC], West Dunbartonshire ASC [WDASC] and South Ayrshire Swim Team [SAST]) which has allowed me to gain experience in different environments due to the different cultures established within each of the organisations. These experiences have allowed me to be able to be flexible, adaptable and always looking to learn and be better for the benefit of the swimmers.
