York City Baths Club require ASA Level 2 coach

York City Baths Club require an ASA qualified Level 2 coach to work with our current coaching staff and club committee giving the swimmers in our club the best opportunity to reach their highest potential. The Coach will be a paid Service Provider - to work with a squad of 25 – 30 competitive swimmers who are dedicated athletes and who compete at county, regional level.

Age Group of the squad is 9 - 14yrs. Hours will include early mornings, evenings and weekends to cover training sessions plus galas. The candidate must cover Land Based Training sessions (where qualified to do so) and also be flexible with regards to covering other squads within the training section if and when needed. If you:- - can motivate, encourage and communicate well with young people; - are willing to work with our club committee in the best interest of our swimmers; - are prepared to train and accompany swimmers to compete at the: ** Graded and Open Galas **Yorkshire County Swimming Championships, **NER Championships.
