England Programmes Coach Development Lead

The ASA is the English National Governing Body for Swimming, Diving, Synchronised Swimming, Water Polo and Open Water.

The successful candidate must be qualified to graduate level and have exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills. You will have a successful track record of planning and managing development programmes within sport and in-depth understanding of the stages in coach development.

You will also be expected to undertake extensive travel as well as regular evening and weekend work as deemed necessary to fulfil the role. Budgetary experience would be advantageous. The location of the role will be discussed with the successful candidate.

£44,614 - £49,602 (dependant on experience) plus car/car allowance
