Title: Assistant Head Coach

Salary: £18 -26k, dependent on qualifications and experience

Qualification: UKCC Level 2/3 Coach

Responsible to: Head Coach

Boldmere Swimming & Water Polo Club is seeking to appoint a highly motivated, well-qualified and experienced coach to join our Senior Coaching Team. Specific coaching responsibilities will be negotiated based on the strengths and experience of the successful candidate but will include leadership of agreed squads / age groups.

Boldmere is a successful and high-performing Swimming Club with over 500 active members and squads ranging from Learn To Swim through to Performance and Masters. We consistently produce swimmers who succeed at County, Regional and National level as well as regularly reaching National Arena League finals. Our ambition is to be a Club at the very top level of swimming in the UK. A recent restructuring is supporting more swimmers to achieve their goals and creating a culture based around the OADF (Optimal Athlete Development Framework).

A highly skilled, dynamic and enthusiastic coach with outstanding technical knowledge.

An excellent communicator with the interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate our swimmers to realise their potential.
