At the 2011 BSCA Conference we ran 4 stroke development sessions with swimmers from Solihull SC being coached by four of our top coaches here in the UK.

These sessions were filmed and are available for purchase & download via the Commercial section of the website. Below are 4 minute snippets from those 40 minute videos. Given there size, they may take a few minutes to download and play, dependant upon the hardware within your computer.
