refund policy
REFUNDS will be made only if:
- Upon making a booking for any course (including BSCA Conference) or applying for membership, the BSCA will allow applicants a 7 day cooling off period. Should they wish to withdraw their application within that period, they can do so by notifying the BSCA at the registered address in writing. Upon receipt, where this is within the agreed timescales, a full refund will be made.
- If cancellation is made 10 working days prior to the start of a respective CPD event (not including BSCA Conference) a 50% refund will be made. Cancellations made less than 10 working days before or non attendance without notification, will incur the full published cost.
- Where a course or event is cancelled by the BSCA or its agents, a full refund will be made.
- Where an item of goods is purchased from the BSCA website, the purchaser has the right to a full refund (less P&P) if they are dissatisfied. In such cases they should return the goods to the BSCA at the registered address, within 7 days of receipt. Upon receipt, the BSCA will issue the respective refund.
